When Gracie Lou the Beagle first sees her parents after they have been gone for a few days on vacation, she has a strong emotional reaction. The family claims that it makes no difference how long they are gone for since she always responds in the same manner whenever they return. They say that “our dog is emotional,” and I believe them.
