Little Dog Hurting In The Middle Of The Road Refuses To Run Away

Our hearts really go out to any dogs that are facing difficulty. This is especially true of stray dogs that may be injured as they are going about their day-to-day lives.

This issue was recently seen when rescuers arrived to find a small dog in the middle of the road. Those rescuers from Cats of San Bernardino were amazed because the pooch wouldn’t move out of the way.

Not only did the little dog hang around when the truck was speeding towards her, but she also didn’t run away when the rescuers came up to her either.

That is a little odd from a stray dog, but the rescuers feel that she was likely hit by a vehicle and knew she needed help.

According to The Dodo, the rescuers were quick to gather up the little dog and take her to the veterinarian. That pooch, who they named Reina, wasted no time working her way into the rescuer’s hearts. She was absolutely a puddle of love in their arms.

Unfortunately, Reina needed some additional assistance because she had a broken front leg. They had to leave her at the veterinarian but when they returned, the little dog was smiling from ear to ear.

These days, Reina is loving life and runs around with other dogs. She has a loving home and the smile is not leaving her face, not even for a minute.
